Consultant / Coach well versed in the required skills and management areas of ITSM Consulting and Training. Have conducted multiple training session in over 30 countries globally as well as ITSM process integrations that included full assessments, architecture, design, planning, implementation using framework such as ITIL, DevOps, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma. The last position being held as ITSM Consultant at CT Global Consultants where managed & assured the session execution of ITIL, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, DevOps, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master and Cobit5 Processes. Create, manage and execute trainings and workshops resulting in high quality exposure for candidates towards global frameworks and day to day implementations which further enables them to realize potentials it carries to one’s career growth as well as organizational growth. Also manage vendors and clients systematically in tandem with the consultancy goals and requirements to achieve a high-quality Service Delivery.
